Safe Harbour Inverclyde (SHI) is a third sector organisation that has been operating under the Safe Harbour name since 2017, previously known as the Phoenix Community Project which operated from 2007, so have extensive experience of offering support to the local community. They support clients with a range of mental health and wellbeing issues including psycho sexual issues to depression, child abuse, phobias, anxiety, stress, domestic abuse, PTSD, bereavement, separation anxiety. This is a non-clinical service that offers a unique form of supportive therapy with an aim to improve emotional resilience and wellbeing.
