Report of the national online survey and final recommendations of the Health Needs Assessment of people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or non-binary (LGBT+). A health needs assessment is a systematic method of identifying the unmet health and healthcare needs of a population and this one has been undertaken by NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, NHS Lothian and Public Health Scotland. The final recommendations describe actions that can help us to make sure that both our public health support and our health services are more fully inclusive and accessible. Earlier outputs of the Health Needs Assessment include the literature review available at https://www.stor.scot.nhs.uk/handle/11289/580318 , the Qualitative Interviews available at https://www.stor.scot.nhs.uk/handle/11289/580258 and the findings related to the COVID 19 pandemic available at https://www.stor.scot.nhs.uk/handle/11289/580300en
