enDescription
The development of the strategy focuses on the importance of mental well-being in our recovery from the pandemic as a city and in the Health and Social Care Partnership's Maximising Independence programme. We have all experienced isolation and loneliness at some times in our lives and understand the impact this can have on us and just how destructive this can be if sustained. By working together, the strategy highlights what is working well within the city as well as what is holding us back and most importantly identifying the ways to make thing better.Collections
