enDescription
To support the implementation of Keep Well locally, SWCHCP introduced a new initiative to help people whose health check suggested they might benefit from support with their mental health and wellbeing. These clients are offered the opportunity to attend a Maintaining Mental Wellbeing Screening Session which is staffed by the Pathways Team (Primary Care Mental Health Team) and the South West Glasgow Stress Centre. SWCHCP wished to determine the impact of the Maintaining Mental Wellbeing Session on the Keep Well initiative in the area.Collections
