enDescription
The purpose of this report is to highlight the Safe Kids '97 experiential learning project which ran for a three week period in April and May of this year, in the grounds of Quarriers Village, Bridge of Weir. The aim of experiential learning is for children to learn by doing and thinking, rather than sitting passively at a lecture. Becoming involved in lifelike situations is proven to be an effective way for them to gain experience they will remember and, hopefully, apply in real life situations.Collections
