enDescription
The Home Safety Pilot Project has now been running for one year and it was, therefore, considered timely that an evaluation of the Project should be undertaken before consideration could be given to committing funds to extending it to other parts of the city. Progressive Partnership Ltd was commissioned to conduct the evaluation. Primarily the research sought to determine the effectiveness of the Home Safety Project as a model for tackling the problem of accidents in the home. The findings also indicate the value of the Project for clients in terms of perceived accidents prevented and promoting a feeling of confidence and security in the home.Collections
