enDescription
The purpose of this research project was to identify the needs of stroke patients following admission to hospital and after discharge. A series of functional, social, psychological and needs for services assessments were carried out, both in hospital and at home. The report summarises the main needs of this group of patients and their carers, and contains recommendations about how these needs might best be met within current service provision.Collections
