Following the findings of the literature review, the recommendations of the MIND (2007) report and the success of programmes such as the “Green Gym”, “Stepping Out” and the various MIND projects (Reynolds, 2002; MIND, 2007) the “Branching Out” project was established. The service was developed as a result of a partnership between NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, Forestry Commission Scotland, Glasgow Centre for Population Health, Glasgow and Clyde Valley Green Network Partnership and Glasgow City Council.Collections
