Description
A survey of smoking attitudes and behaviour of the nurses engaged in teaching throughout the area of Greater Glasgow Health Board was carried out at the beginning of 1984. It was felt important to have a measure of smoking attitudes and behaviour of the nursing workforce in Greater Glasgow Health Board, both in relation to their own health and as an influence on their effectiveness as health educators in the drive to decrease smoking.
