The evaluation plan for the Equally Well Glasgow Test Site is based on eight research questions developed and agreed by the core team in September 2009. These research quest ions draw on the work proposed in the original business plan for the Test Site and are 'how' questions about partner ship, engagement, communication, and ways of working. this report builds from an original document developed as part of the internal evaluation .
