Launched as a year-long pilot in June 2019 in five mental health wards in Stobhill hospital, the Financial Inclusion and Mental Health (FIMH) project aims to eliminate barriers to discharging patients and prevent readmission. Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership - Health Improvement commissioned an evaluation of the project.
