Description
This study was commissioned by the big step (Glasgow Alliance Social Inclusion Partnership for young people leaving care) to examine the health needs and issues of a sample of young people who were 'looked-after' by the local authority in Glasgow. 'Health and well-being' has been established as a key theme for the big step, and this research formed part of a programme of activities in this area. At the same time, health inequalities and young people's access to health services generally, were receiving increasing national attention
