Description
This report presents the findings of an evaluation of a six week pilot in early 2016 of a healthy food and cooking initiative in east Glasgow. The project aimed to address poor diet by selling, in local communities, easy-to-cook, complete meal and soup packs for people to buy and cook in their own homes.
