Description
This report explores the findings from the Live Active Referral Scheme with the addition of the Motivator enhancement. The Motivator is based on a peer support/buddying concept.
The role of the Motivator is intended to provide support and encouragement to individuals or small groups engaging in physical activity through the scheme. The Motivators are based in a variety of settings, for example, gyms, classes and First Steps classes.
