As part of Mental Health Awareness Week 2026, the Glasgow City Health Improvement Team delivered an event centred on the theme ‘Take Action’. It brought together 47 participants from a wide range of services throughout Glasgow City, to build connections, share learning and highlight practical ways to support mental health and wellbeing. Through a mix of speaker inputs, networking opportunities and marketplace stalls, attendees explored local services and resources, helping to foster collaboration and drive action to improve mental health across Glasgow.
